- β’1 cup Water
- β’2 tsp Kosher Salt
- β’1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
- β’1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- β’3 Spring Onions
- β’2 sprigs Thyme
- β’1 Scotch Bonnet
