- 0.5 cup rolled oats
- 0.75 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup mixed berries
- 0.4 cup 2% milk
- 0.4 medium banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a jar, stir together the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey until the oats are fully moistened.
- Lightly crush half of the mixed berries with a fork and stir them in to streak the oats with color, keeping the rest whole.

- In the morning, top with the reserved whole berries and the sliced banana, then eat cold from the jar.
