Make-ahead oats layered with Greek yogurt and mixed berries — a tangy, fruit-forward jar that is creamy and ready the moment you wake up.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries
  • 0.4 cup 2% milk
  • 0.4 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a jar, stir together the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey until the oats are fully moistened.
  2. Lightly crush half of the mixed berries with a fork and stir them in to streak the oats with color, keeping the rest whole.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight so the oats soften into a creamy base.
  4. In the morning, top with the reserved whole berries and the sliced banana, then eat cold from the jar.
