1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MealIdeas.ai (the “Service”), operated by MindSparc PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MealIdeas.ai is an AI-powered meal planning and recommendation platform available on web and mobile. The Service includes meal recommendations, weekly meal plans, shopping lists, prep guides, and related features.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Free and Premium Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and premium subscription plans with additional capabilities. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload malicious content or code

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meal recommendations, recipes, and related content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergies, and nutritional needs. The Service is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MindSparc PTE. LTD. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (preferences, feedback) but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindSparc PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
