- β’1/2 pound baby spinach, parboiled
- β’2 carrots, julienned
- β’3 scallions, chopped
- β’5 mushrooms, sliced (I like to use creminis)
- β’1/2 cup zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- β’2 tablespoons olive oil
- β’2 tablespoons sesame oil
- β’3 tablespoons soy sauce
- β’1 teaspoon sugar
- β’Salt to taste
