- β’1/2 avocado, diced
- β’1/2 tomato, diced
- β’5 red radishes, diced
- β’5 green onions, chopped
- β’1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- β’1/2 cup yellow pepper,diced
- β’1/2 cup English cucumber, diced
- β’1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β’1 teaspoon tumeric
- β’1/2 teaspoon cumin
- β’3 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- β’2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Wash the 1 cup of quinoa in a colander for several seconds.
