Transform leftover brisket and Bone Sucking Sauce into mouthwatering BBQ brisket quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover brisket
- 2 tablespoons Bone Sucking Sauce
- 4 pieces flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions
Instructions
- Shred the leftover brisket and mix it with Bone Sucking Sauce until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly on top.
- Spread half of the brisket mixture over the cheese and top with more cheese.
- Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook the other side until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a minute before slicing into wedges.
- Serve the quesadillas hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
