Transform leftover brisket and Bone Sucking Sauce into mouthwatering BBQ brisket quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover brisket
  • 2 tablespoons Bone Sucking Sauce
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions

Instructions

  1. Shred the leftover brisket and mix it with Bone Sucking Sauce until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly on top.
  4. Spread half of the brisket mixture over the cheese and top with more cheese.
  5. Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook the other side until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a minute before slicing into wedges.
  8. Serve the quesadillas hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
