Transform your leftover chicken, rice, and broccoli into a comforting and nutritious casserole that's perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover cooked chicken
- 1 cup leftover cooked rice
- 1 cup leftover steamed broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the leftover chicken, rice, broccoli, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
