Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover cooked chicken
  • 1 cup leftover cooked rice
  • 1 cup leftover steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the leftover chicken, rice, broccoli, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
