Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Grate the zucchini using a box grater and place it in a clean towel to remove excess moisture.
