Transform your brisket leftovers into delicious BBQ quesadillas with a flavorful twist using Bone Sucking Sauce. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover brisket
  • 2 tablespoons Bone Sucking Sauce
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Shred the leftover brisket into smaller pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket with Bone Sucking Sauce and chopped green onions.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  4. Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the brisket mixture on one half of the tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, then cut into wedges.
  7. Serve warm with extra Bone Sucking Sauce on the side for dipping.
