Transform your brisket leftovers into delicious BBQ quesadillas with a flavorful twist using Bone Sucking Sauce. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover brisket
- 2 tablespoons Bone Sucking Sauce
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Shred the leftover brisket into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket with Bone Sucking Sauce and chopped green onions.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the brisket mixture on one half of the tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, then cut into wedges.
- Serve warm with extra Bone Sucking Sauce on the side for dipping.
