Ingredients
- 2 medium onion
- 100 grams goat cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the onions thinly.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add the sliced onions, and sauté until they are caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and score a border around the edges.
- Spread the caramelized onions evenly on the pastry, sprinkle with goat cheese and fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
