A thick, milkshake-like blend of chocolate protein, peanut butter, and banana that tastes indulgent while packing nearly forty grams of protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 0.5 medium banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the milk to the blender first, then the chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and frozen banana — starting with liquid helps everything blend smoothly.
- Drop in the ice cubes and blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and frothy, with no flecks of unblended protein.
- Check the consistency; if it is thicker than you like, blend in a splash more milk, or add another ice cube for a thicker, frostier shake.
- Pour into a tall glass and drink right away while it is cold and foamy.
