Creamy make-ahead oats swirled with peanut butter and banana over Greek yogurt — a protein-rich jar waiting for you in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 medium banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a jar, mash the banana with a fork, then stir in the peanut butter and honey until combined.
  2. Add the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and cinnamon, and stir well until every oat is coated and no dry pockets remain.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight so the oats soften and thicken.
  4. In the morning, stir once and loosen with a splash more milk if you like it looser, then eat cold from the jar.
