Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1.5 cups Cheez-Its
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- spices (your choice) (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and chop the potatoes, onion, and carrots into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped potatoes, onion, carrots, vegetable oil, protein powder, vinegar, and spices. Mix until well combined.
