Transform leftover yoghurt into delicious, fluffy flatbreads perfect for serving with dips or as a side to your main course.
Ingredients
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the yoghurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chopped fresh herbs until evenly distributed.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out into a flat circle.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a minute before serving.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips or alongside a salad.
