Transform leftover yoghurt into delicious, fluffy flatbreads perfect for serving with dips or as a side to your main course.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the yoghurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped fresh herbs until evenly distributed.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out into a flat circle.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a minute before serving.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dips or alongside a salad.
