A quick and healthy stir-fry packed with protein and colorful vegetables, perfect for a nutritious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and sear until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Pour soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, mix well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
