A quick and healthy stir-fry packed with protein and colorful vegetables, perfect for a nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Chop the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and sear until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, mix well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
