Transform your leftover pasta and shrimp into a delicious shrimp pasta bake with a crispy topping, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover pasta
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1 cup cream sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the leftover pasta, shrimp, cream sauce, and seasoning until well combined.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the pasta in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm, garnished with the remaining Parmesan cheese if desired.
