Transform your leftover brisket and bone-sucking sauce into flavorful BBQ tacos that are perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover brisket
  • 1/4 cup bone sucking sauce
  • 4 pieces small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 piece lime
  • 1/2 piece avocado

Instructions

  1. Shred the leftover brisket into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket with the bone sucking sauce until well coated.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
  4. Heat the corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat until warm and slightly charred.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the brisket mixture on each tortilla and topping with chopped onion, cilantro, and slices of avocado.
  6. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the assembled tacos.
  7. Serve the tacos immediately while warm.
