Ingredients

  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Cheez-Its
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • Spices (e.g., salt, pepper, paprika) (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes, onion, and carrot into small pieces.
  2. Boil the chopped potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, then mix in the diced onion, grated carrot, protein powder, flour, vinegar, and spices.
  4. Crush the Cheez-Its into fine crumbs and place them in a shallow dish.
  5. Form the potato mixture into patties and coat each patty in the Cheez-It crumbs.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sear each patty until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
