Ingredients
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 small Onion
- 1 medium Carrots
- 1 cup Cheez-Its
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Spices (e.g., salt, pepper, paprika) (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes, onion, and carrot into small pieces.
- Boil the chopped potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, then mix in the diced onion, grated carrot, protein powder, flour, vinegar, and spices.
- Crush the Cheez-Its into fine crumbs and place them in a shallow dish.
- Form the potato mixture into patties and coat each patty in the Cheez-It crumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sear each patty until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
