Ingredients
- 2 cups Riced Cauliflower Garlic & Herbs
- 2 pieces Turkey Burgers
- 1 cup Pepper & Onion Stir Fry
- 1 cup Battered Halibut
- 1 cup Monterey Rub Salmon
- 1 cup Petite Peas
- 1 cup Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Garlic Parmesan
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, pepper & onion stir fry, petite peas, and garlic parmesan.
- Crumble the turkey burgers and ground chicken into the mixing bowl and combine well.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the cauliflower mixture, followed by the battered halibut and Monterey rub salmon.
- Top with the remaining cauliflower mixture and gently press down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until heated through and the top is slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh raspberries on the side.
