Transform your leftovers into a comforting creamy chicken and pasta bake that's both delicious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 200 grams leftover chicken
- 150 grams pasta
- 100 milliliters crème liquide
- 20 grams butter
- 1 large eggs
- 100 grams leftover rice
- 100 grams leftover wheat
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 50 grams grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the leftover chicken, cooking until heated through.
- In a bowl, mix the crème liquide, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Combine the cooked pasta, heated chicken, leftover rice, and leftover wheat in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the crème mixture over the pasta and chicken mixture, stirring to combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
