Ingredients
- 2 cups Riced Cauliflower Garlic & Herbs
- 2 pieces Turkey Burgers
- 1 cup Petite Peas
- 2 cloves Roasted Garlic
- 1 package Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
- 1 cup Diced Avocado
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, petite peas, and roasted garlic.
- In a baking dish, layer the mixture evenly.
- Cook the turkey burgers in a skillet until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Chop the cooked turkey burgers into bite-sized pieces and layer them on top of the cauliflower mixture in the baking dish.
- Prepare the cheddar broccoli soup mix according to package instructions and pour over the layered ingredients.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the soup mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with diced avocado on top.
