Transform your leftover riced cauliflower and battered halibut into a delicious baked dish, bursting with flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Riced Cauliflower Garlic & Herbs
- 2 pieces Battered Halibut
- 1 cup Garlic Parmesan
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, garlic parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly in a baking dish to form a base layer.
- Place the battered halibut pieces on top of the cauliflower layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the halibut is cooked through and the cauliflower is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Slice and serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
