Transform your leftover riced cauliflower and battered halibut into a delicious baked dish, bursting with flavor and texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Riced Cauliflower Garlic & Herbs
  • 2 pieces Battered Halibut
  • 1 cup Garlic Parmesan
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, garlic parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly in a baking dish to form a base layer.
  4. Place the battered halibut pieces on top of the cauliflower layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the halibut is cooked through and the cauliflower is golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
