Ingredients
- 2 fillets salmon fillets
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1.3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2.5 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
Instructions
- Whisk the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic together into a glaze. Pat the salmon dry and season lightly with salt.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and sear the salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook 2 to 3 minutes more until it flakes easily.
- Meanwhile, steam the broccoli in a covered pot with a splash of water for 4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
- Pour the honey sriracha glaze into the pan around the salmon and simmer 1 minute, spooning it over, until it thickens and coats the fish. Serve with the broccoli and brown rice.
