A quick and flavorful stir-fry packed with protein and colorful vegetables, perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 stalks green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add chicken to the pan and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan; sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Pour soy sauce and sprinkle red pepper flakes over the mixture, stirring to combine.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
