A quick and flavorful stir-fry packed with protein and colorful vegetables, perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 stalks green onions
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the bell pepper and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the pan and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan; sauté for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce and sprinkle red pepper flakes over the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
